Makeup is also art. It is a quiet yet powerful form of expression, a way to transform emotions, memories, and dreams into colors, textures, and shapes on the skin. Just like a painter uses a canvas to show their inner world, a makeup artist uses the face to tell stories, share feelings, and create beauty from imagination.

Camila is my makeup artist, but she is also an artist in every sense of the word. In every brush stroke, every blend of colors, and every small detail, there is a part of her creativity, her sensitivity, and the way she sees the world. This project is born from that idea: showing that makeup is not only technique, but also emotion, freedom, and art.

The concept of this shooting explores how a makeup artist can express herself through her work, turning a face into a creative space where ideas and emotions come to life. Through this project, we want to see makeup not only as a final result, but as an artistic process full of intuition, play, and experimentation.

It is also about reconnecting with the purest and most creative part of ourselves: the inner child. That moment when creating has no rules, when colors are chosen by feeling rather than perfection, and when imagination is free to flow. In this shoot, Camila is not just applying makeup; she is playing, experimenting, expressing herself, and allowing her creativity to move freely.

At its core, this project is a tribute to makeup as art and to the makeup artist as an artist. It invites us to see the face as a living canvas and to remember that sometimes the deepest emotions can be expressed with something as simple — and as powerful — as a brush and a touch of color.
